• 90% Secured First Mortgage

• 10% Project Equity

Each project undergoes strict reviews from trusted third-party experts, including project cost certifications, inspections by qualified engineers, and two independent property valuations. With this oversight, we ensure every project meets high standards for quality and feasibility.
